By Placing an online store order you are agreeing to terms:



We do not accept returns on Perishable items. 

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are non refundable once purchase. Gift Cards never expire.



Shop Local Pick up

Local pick up will be ready within 3 business days of purchase unless otherwise specified. If you placed an order for pick up on Friday it will be available for pickup on Tuesday. 

Cut off time for local pick up

The cut off time for local pick up will be 3pm est time. if you placed an order on Monday at

3:01pm est time it will be available for pickup on Friday.

Please wait to receive an order is ready for pickup notification via email before picking up your order further instructions will be written on the email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.


Shop Delivery Terms

Transit Time Domestically

Domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days.



Dispatch Time

Food Products are shipped on Wednesday's . Any order placed after 2pm Tuesday will ship out the following week. 

Our business operates Monday - Friday during our business hours, except on national holidays at which time the business will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Delivery Time Exceeded

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.


Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us as soon as possible.

Wrong Address

If you have entered a wrong address please contact us as soon as possible once an order has dispatched we are unable to change the address.


Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.



Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

We will process a replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
